The efficiency and speed of the operation left everyone in awe, marking a significant moment of success for Drone to Home.

Phil James, CEO of the charity and chief drone operator, couldn’t hide his emotions, confessing, “I don’t get emotional very often but the Lab did bring a tear to my eye, I must admit. I’m so happy for the owners to see them overjoyed.”

From a One-Man Mission to a Community Effort

Drone to Home’s journey started in 2019 as a personal mission of Phil James. What began as a one-man job self-funded by James, transformed into a registered charity in April 2022.

“I self-funded it up until registering [it] as a charity on the 29th of April 2022, and to date we have reunited 2,487 dogs, three ponies, an emu, a skunk, and nine cows,” shared James.

The organization, fueled by passion and commitment, now boasts hundreds of volunteers, ready to take to the skies or hit the ground when duty calls.
