Estimated read time 3 min read

In a significant development for the Drone Industry, American Robotics Inc., a subsidiary of Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS), has announced a strategic partnership with ResilienX Inc., a leader in data quality assurance and in-time aviation safety management systems (IASMS) for highly automated and autonomous systems. This collaboration aims to set new standards for the reliability and safety of autonomous solutions, particularly those deployed for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) applications and intricate operational environments.

Integrating ResilienX’s IASMS Solution

As part of the strategic alliance, American Robotics will integrate ResilienX’s IASMS solution, known as FRAIHMWORK®, into their systems. FRAIHMWORK® is crucial for monitoring the health, integrity, and performance of associated elements for BVLOS ecosystems and fully autonomous solutions, including the American Robotics Optimus System. This integration will enable American Robotics to resell ResilienX’s software solutions, offering enhanced capabilities to their customers.

Tim “T3” Tenne, CEO of American Robotics, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “ResilienX’s specialization in autonomy assurance services perfectly complements our dedication to delivering advanced and secure autonomous technologies. Through this collaboration, we aspire to set new benchmarks in the monitoring and assurance of autonomous systems operating within complex environments, including our premier Drone-in-a-Box (DiaB) solution, the Optimus System.”

Enhancing Efficiency and Reliability for Drone Operators

The partnership between American Robotics and ResilienX is expected to unlock new avenues of efficiency and reliability for drone operators. By leveraging ResilienX’s state-of-the-art software, which offers continuous monitoring of complex system-of-systems, operators can ensure the immediate detection and mitigation of adverse or off-nominal conditions, either autonomously or with human intervention.

Ryan Pleskach, CEO of ResilienX, emphasized the potential benefits of the collaboration, stating, “Teaming up with American Robotics means unlocking new avenues of efficiency and reliability for drone operators. Through this partnership, we’re poised to offer enhanced solutions that increase safety, elevate performance, and ultimately enhance airspace management for American Robotics customers.”

The strategic partnership between American Robotics and ResilienX represents a significant step forward in advancing the reliability and safety standards of autonomous solutions. By integrating ResilienX’s critical safety assurance layer, American Robotics’ Optimus System and other advanced mobility ecosystems will be equipped with bolt-on fault tolerance and proactive risk mitigation capabilities, enhancing their overall performance and reliability. As the drone industry continues to evolve, collaborations like this will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of autonomous systems in complex environments.
